$12,960

And up to $51,360 over 12 months of a 40-hour monthly retainer, against the typical U.S. agency rate on Clutch. That is 27–71% less per hour.

  • Hatched: the spread between the lower and upper rate

The calculator uses the $100 to $149 an hour that U.S. agencies publish for branding. For Europe, the best recent benchmark is the Netherlands: agencies there average €105 an hour, and our rates are well under that too.

We don’t publish a rate. Every project is quoted from your brief.

Common questions

Common questions

New logo or a refresh?

Both. We build from scratch, or refresh what you have while keeping what works. If your current logo has recognition worth protecting, we’ll say so and build on it.

We usually start with three to five initial concepts. You react to them, and we refine the direction that fits through a few rounds of work together.

About two to three weeks for the core identity, then one to two weeks for its applications and usage rules, so around a month in total. The pace depends a lot on how quickly feedback comes back.

Logo files in every format you need, plus a brand book with the rules to use them. You get full rights to the design and all source files. We don’t hold anything back. The one exception is typefaces and stock images: we don’t own them, so some may need your own license.

Yes. We check whether the mark can be registered and help prepare the application documents. We usually handle this ourselves, but we’ve also worked with patent attorneys, including bringing them into the design process when a client asked.

We estimate the hours from your brief or a short call and give you a range. You’re invoiced at the end of each month for the work done, with no deposit, in EUR, USD or PLN.

Yes. Most of our work is remote and in English. We present concepts on a video call, so you hear the reasoning behind each direction, and collect feedback in writing between rounds.
