Billing

Model & price

Hourly and transparent, quoted from your brief. Ongoing work can move to a monthly retainer. We quote to your scope, not from a price list.

Hours per month40 h / month

Over a year, you save at least

$12,960

And up to $51,360 over 12 months of a 40-hour monthly retainer, against the typical U.S. agency rate on Clutch. That is 27–71% less per hour.

  • Hatched: the spread between the lower and upper rate

The calculator uses the $100 to $149 an hour that U.S. agencies publish for web design, UX/UI and branding. For Europe, the best recent benchmark is the Netherlands: agencies there average €105 an hour, and our rates are well under that too.

Average: Simplicate Agencies Benchmark Q3 2025, reported by Emerce on 30 September 2025. U.S. ranges: Clutch pricing guides for web design, UX/UI design, branding, all updated 28 August 2026.

Agency cost is your monthly hours × 12 months × $100–149 an hour. Our cost is the same hours × our hourly band.

“At least” sets the top of our band against the bottom of the benchmark. “Up to” does the reverse.

Dollar benchmarks are compared with our dollar rates. We don’t convert currencies.

Benchmarks are rates agencies bill their clients, not salaries.

This is an illustration, not a quote. Every retainer is quoted from its scope.

Agency-grade craft without agency prices.

We don’t have a regular rate. Every project is quoted from your brief.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work with clients abroad?

Yes. Most of our English-language work is remote, including long-running projects for companies in the US and Ireland. We run everything online, from calls and reviews to shared files, so the distance doesn’t slow anything down. The time gap actually speeds delivery, because work keeps moving while you’re offline.

We’re based in Poznań and work 09:00–18:00 Poland time (CET/CEST). That gives us about three live hours with New York every day (your morning, our afternoon) and almost a full working day with London or Dublin. We use that overlap for calls and quick answers, then build during your off-hours, so you often wake up to progress. If you need a later call, evening slots until 20:00 Poland time are available on request.

Yes. Calls, emails, files, handoff and documentation are all in English (or Polish, if we’re working locally). You talk directly to the people doing the work, with no translator or account manager in between.

That’s a common starting point. We can take it over and keep it running, modernize the design and the build, or focus on what’s holding back conversion. We look at what you have first and tell you honestly whether it’s worth improving or better to rebuild. Either way, you end up with a site your team can manage.

It depends on the scope. A smaller project takes about 2 to 3 weeks. Bigger ones take longer, especially when they involve helping you make decisions and bringing your team up to speed. Pace also depends on how quickly feedback comes back, so we agree on review points at the start. You’ll know the expected timeline before any work begins.

Agency-grade craft and reliability, at a price well below US and top European agencies. You get an in-house team covering UX/UI, websites, branding, marketing and photo/video, so you don’t have to manage a freelancer or coordinate several vendors. The people you meet on the first call are the people who do the work, and one person keeps the project on track. Some of our clients have worked with us for more than ten years.
