Sustainable Pack is a sub-brand of packaging manufacturer Digi-Pack, with whom we have worked on smaller projects. When the company decided to develop a line of eco-friendly food packaging and enter European markets with it, we were invited to create the brand from scratch.
We designed a logo, a signage system, prints for more than 20 products in many variations, and a 72-page catalog. We prepared the whole project in three language versions, including 3D visualizations of all packaging.
Digi-Pack is a Polish packaging manufacturer with plants in Wielkopolska, Malopolska and Kujawy. The company decided to spin off a separate brand for its line of eco-friendly cardboard packaging designed mainly for fresh fruits and vegetables.
Sustainable Pack was intended as a response to the growing demands of retail chains and EU regulations on plastic packaging. We had previously cooperated with Digi-Pack on smaller orders. The good history of this cooperation led us to be invited to build a new brand from scratch.
The project included a full visual identity: logo, eco-labeling system, certificate badge and packaging prints. Sustainable Pack offers more than 20 different products.
From small trays for soft fruits to large transport boxes. Each comes in several graphic variants (raspberry, blueberry, vegetable) and three language versions: Polish, German and English.
The main challenge was scale and technical specificity. Sustainable Pack packaging consists of flat die-cuts - so the graphics need to "come together" correctly only after the box is assembled. We designed flat, but verified each layout for the final effect on the solid. This included advanced preparation for offset printing: spot colors, subprints, separations for different substrates.
In parallel with the packaging, a 72-page product catalog was produced. The document presents the company's full range: technical specifications, folding diagrams, comparisons with competing solutions, and sales arguments related to ecology and logistics.
Since the client didn't have any finished products to photograph, we prepared 3D visualizations of all the packaging. The renders show the products in context - against a background of greenery, with fruit inside - and are still used in marketing materials today alongside photos the company later took on its own.

Sustainable Pack is currently operating in the Polish and German markets. The client uses the branding prepared by us in direct sales, at trade fairs and in discussions with retail chains. The catalog and visuals have become essential tools to support business development.
