In our work, understanding is the key to success.

We create unique designs in response to customer needs. How we work is based primarily on a thorough analysis of requirements.

We believe that time spent on requirements analysis is the best investment in the success of a project.

Clients value our ability to interpret their needs and turn ideas into reality accurately.

We emphasise the project's initial phase, taking the necessary time to understand the goals, vision and requirements in detail.

We use various tools: we conduct in-depth interviews and discussions, usability testing and brainstorming sessions, and organize design workshops. The first step is always contacting us.

Our experience and professionalism are the foundation for building long-term and stable cooperation.

These are expressed not only through high-quality projects but also through reliability, timeliness, and responsibility in every aspect of our operations. We are a stable partner who understands the importance of continuity and trust in business.

What sets us apart is transparency. We talk openly about what it is like to work with us at every level.

We focus on dialogue, which is not only the basis for understanding expectations but also allows us to build long-term business relationships. We openly discuss what the process of cooperation with us looks like and what the settlement formula is.

Our process

From the beginning, we are proactive and work comprehensively.

Step 1: Requirements analysis, project plan and cost estimation.

We begin each project, regardless of its scale, with a detailed analysis of your requirements and the challenges we will face together.

We use various methods to get the complete picture - boiling down primarily to open dialogue. We believe that a thorough requirements analysis saves a lot of resources and time at later stages of the project. It allows us to fine-tune the budget while minimizing the risk of making costly corrections and course changes. It also gives us better control over the schedule.

The starting point is always a meeting and conversation with us. This moment paves the way for an in-depth understanding of your needs and building the foundation for further cooperation.

Step 2: Design, feedback and improve outcomes.

Step two begins with the design of initial concepts, thus beginning the project's first iteration.

The next steps in our process are a continuous loop: We design, await your feedback, make corrections, and return for your review. We continue this dynamic cycle until we reach a satisfactory result—we do not place limits on the number of revisions.

Close monitoring of working hours allows us to manage resources efficiently and guarantees full transparency on the use of working hours on your project. This approach avoids 'dead ends' by always finding the best solutions before we run into problems or burn through the budget.

Step 3: Finalize, support and maintainance.

Once the final iteration of materials has been approved, it's time to close the project and submit it in a pre-determined form.

Our cooperation does not end with the handover of the final materials. We are proud to see many one-off orders turn into long-term relationships. We help our clients understand the tools and processes, teach them how to use finished projects, and provide technical or consulting support whenever needed.

Each project is an opportunity to build a lasting partnership in which our clients can always count on our help and advice.

Time & Material

Accurately estimating a project's cost is not always simple, but we know how extremely important it is for the collective comfort of the work.

We have adapted the Time & Material method and bill by the work time, not the result. We estimate projects hourly and invoice in arrears at the end of the month. Our clients can see detailed hourly reports, including a thorough analysis of our time on each task.

We have adopted this way of working because transparency in communication and billing is one of the most important pillars on which we have built our studio. We ensure that our quotes detail all the components and are flexible while always remaining open to other forms of settlement and cooperation.

We set hourly rates individually, depending on the complexity and scale of the project. We can adapt to the market realities and always accept room for negotiation, so if you want to price your project, contact us.

About us

Szajba is a boutique graphic design studio from Poznań, Poland, founded by Ariel Hajbos.

For more than 10 years, the basis of our work has been a detailed analysis of clients' needs and challenges.

The main part of our business is graphic design. Our office is located in Poznan, Poland, but we are happy to cooperate with companies from all over the world.

We design and refresh branding materials, support marketing teams and UX/UI departments with our skills, and design websites and web applications.

In addition, we work closely with experts in various fields of new media and IT. Our boutique scale is an important asset—it allows us to really focus on our work and choose projects close to our values and priorities. Working with us is much easier than with other agencies. We strive to make each project a creative challenge and a well-organized endeavour that brings tangible business benefits.

We do not consider ourselves artists, even though the results of our work often involve art. We do not fulfil ourselves only by expressing our artistic creativity; above all, we fulfil ourselves by providing functional solutions that fit the needs of the recipients of our projects.
