42 Warsaw is an innovative programming academy that offers free studies in software engineering. It is also part of the global 42 network, which includes 49 campuses in 29 countries that follow a unified curriculum. The 42 Warsaw team needed help creating marketing tools that they could use independently for their ongoing online communications.

Our goal was to create templates for presentations, offer documents, and create templates for social networking graphics that not only remained consistent with the visual identity of the entire 42 Group but also set 42 Warsaw apart from the competition, adding a unique flair.

Working within the 42 Group's defined visual communication principles was both a challenge and an opportunity to showcase creativity. This approach required a deep understanding of the brand and its values and the ability to balance consistency and individuality.

The 42 Warsaw team uses Canva daily. Canva is an online graphic design platform that allows users to create a variety of visualizations without the need for professional software.

We first prepared designs in Figma, which, after review and approval, were implemented into Canva. This allowed 42 Warsaw's marketing team to use them independently without having to learn new software. We managed to create a very functional and versatile set of tools that guarantees consistency of communication across different marketing channels.

Flexibility and open dialogue proved crucial to the success of this collaboration. Projects evolved successively, and our iterative work process supported these changes.

The work schedule was prompted by the approaching deadline for the start of recruitment for the program. Staying in constant contact, we provided materials regularly and discussed the results, gradually improving them. This cooperation allowed us to contribute to the success of an innovative educational project, for which we sincerely cheer!

Thanks for getting all the way here!
