UX/UI design

Add a senior UX/UI team without the hire.

For software houses and startups that need senior design capacity fast, without a months-long hire.

Quote from a short brief. No obligation.

Who it's for

Who it's for

You have the product and the roadmap. Design is the part that's short-staffed.

Design is the bottleneck while the team ships

A product that grew faster than its interface needs an audit

You want senior UX/UI without adding headcount

You're between hires and the roadmap can't wait

What you get

What you get

Onboarding audit: a 'Verify your company' step flagged with a 41% drop-off and an error that only shows after submit

Audit & research

A clear read on where your flows and interface break, backed by research and usability tests with real users.

Design system spec for a text field: padding, border and height tokens, with default, focus, error and disabled states

Design & systems

Interfaces, user flows and design systems built on tokens and variables, so the UI scales without drift.

Sprint board with design, review and ready columns, and a teammate's comment: tokens synced, ready for dev

Embedded in your team

We join your existing team and process, work in your tools, and keep status clear throughout.

Model & price

Model & price

Hourly, quoted from your brief. Ongoing needs can run as a monthly engagement that flexes with your roadmap.

Hours per month40 h / month

Over a year, you save at least

$12,960

And up to $51,360 over 12 months of a 40-hour monthly retainer, against the typical U.S. agency rate on Clutch. That is 27–71% less per hour.

  • Hatched: the spread between the lower and upper rate

The calculator uses the $100 to $149 an hour that U.S. agencies publish for UX/UI design. For Europe, the best recent benchmark is the Netherlands: agencies there average €105 an hour, and our rates are well under that too.

Average: Simplicate Agencies Benchmark Q3 2025, reported by Emerce on 30 September 2025. U.S. range: Clutch, UX/UI Design Pricing, updated 28 August 2026.

Agency-grade craft without agency prices.

We don’t publish a rate. Every project is quoted from your brief.

Common questions

Common questions

Can you work inside our team and tools?

Yes. We join your team and align to your process, tools and rituals, from standups to your design system. We take part in refinements, talk solutions through with your developers, and check that the interface ships as designed. Happy to sign an NDA before we start. Many of our corporate and startup clients work with us under one.

Both. A single audit or flow, or ongoing design capacity that scales with your roadmap. There’s no minimum number of hours, so you can start small and grow from there.

Yes. We run usability tests, set up and monitor testing tools, analyze the results and turn them into concrete recommendations. We test with online user panels or with your own users, team and stakeholders, and recruit participants together with you. When the pace of the project doesn’t allow a discovery phase, we can skip it and iterate fast instead.

Figma files built to an advanced standard, using the full depth of the tool: responsive auto layout, components, tokens and variables, interactive prototypes and clear documentation, to name a few. For larger products, we pull it all together into a design system. We stay involved after handoff to answer questions and check the implementation.

Yes, where it speeds things up. We use AI tools connected directly to Figma, and build interactive AI-assisted prototypes, so you can click through ideas early instead of reviewing static screens. It lets us iterate faster within the same budget.

We estimate the hours from your brief or a short call and give you a range. Ongoing work is billed monthly for hours actually worked, with a clear hours report and no deposit. If there’s a risk of going over the estimate, we tell you early and you decide what happens next.

Usually within days of an agreed brief and quote. We reply to new enquiries within one or two business days.

Yes. Most of our UX/UI work is remote and in English, for product teams in the US and Europe. We work in your communication tools, whether that’s Slack, Teams or Jira, and invoice in EUR or USD.
