Case study
AOHWV CloudSync: UI in a two-week sprint
The context
The context
AOHWV is a US consultancy for identity and access management built on Microsoft Entra. Its CloudSync platform automates the user lifecycle: hiring, role changes and leaving the company turn into the right accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Entra.
The team had functional assumptions and a Microsoft Fluent UI stack, and needed a complete, build-ready interface concept for the MVP in a short time.
What we did
What we did
01
Domain immersion
Joiner-mover-leaver processes, entitlement mapping, and how users, roles, departments and permissions connect.
02
Discovery
The brief was deliberately open; we refined and validated it with the product team.
03
Concepts for permission relationships
A view that stays readable with a dozen records or several hundred thousand.
04
Daily feedback across time zones
We designed during our day and reviewed with AOHWV in theirs.
05
Design system and handover
About 20 screens in variants, 50+ components, developer documentation and a clickable Figma prototype.
06
Sales brochures
Outside the sprint: a one-pager for the IAM Program Management service, a feature matrix of identity products and a sales sheet for the platform.
