And up to $51,360 over 12 months of a 40-hour monthly retainer, against the typical U.S. agency rate on Clutch. That is 27–71% less per hour.

  • Hatched: the spread between the lower and upper rate

The calculator uses the $100 to $149 an hour that U.S. agencies publish for web design. For Europe, the best recent benchmark is the Netherlands: agencies there average €105 an hour, and our rates are well under that too.

Average: Simplicate Agencies Benchmark Q3 2025, reported by Emerce on 30 September 2025. U.S. range: Clutch, Web Design Company Pricing Guide, updated 28 August 2026.

We don’t publish a rate. Every project is quoted from your brief.

Common questions

Common questions

Which technology do you build on?

WordPress or React, chosen to fit your project. Most company sites run best on WordPress, so your team can edit content without a developer. React makes sense when the site needs custom, app-like features. Either way, you get full access and the source files.

A smaller company website usually takes about a month, design and build together. A larger one takes three to four months. The biggest factors are the size of the site, its structure, and whether you supply the content and translations or we prepare them. You’ll know the expected timeline before any work begins.

We don’t use a price list. We estimate the hours from your brief or a short call and give you a range. If the scope starts to grow, we tell you before it affects the budget, and you decide whether to add time or trim the scope. We invoice monthly for work done, with no deposit, in EUR, USD or PLN.

Yes. We build it to be easy to run, and train your team before handover. You get full admin access from day one, so you’re never dependent on us for a text change or a new page.

Every site we build comes with a three-month warranty period, so anything that surfaces after go-live gets fixed. After that, ongoing maintenance costs a small monthly fee, roughly the equivalent of one hour of our work. We recommend keeping hosting and software licenses in your name, so the site is always yours. If it’s easier, we can provide our licenses and re-invoice them.

Yes. We look at what you have and tell you plainly whether it’s worth improving or better to rebuild. If it works and you’re happy with it, we won’t talk you into a redesign.

Yes. SEO optimization and analytics are set up as part of the build, so you can see from launch day how visitors find the site and what they do on it.

Yes, for smaller catalogues and for selling courses or digital products online. We don’t build large stores with hundreds of products, but we can design them.

Yes. Most of our work is remote and in English: calls, design reviews, feedback and training for your team all happen online. We invoice in your currency, EUR or USD.
