Wingstore is an online store that specializes in selling skydiving and air sports equipment. It has been operating intermittently since 2003, offering products for individual customers and the military.

Wingstore's target group is primarily parachuting and air sports enthusiasts, both amateurs and professionals. Customers can be individual equipment users, organizations, and companies related to air sports. Our task was to design a new version of the online store with more than 5,000 products. We also had the opportunity to create some additional communication and advertising materials.

Wingstore must effectively communicate its offerings to a niche audience interested in air sports. The online store is a key component of their sales strategy.

An effective e-commerce platform is essential for attracting and retaining customers, especially in such an industry where shopping experience can significantly influence customer decisions.

An online store of this scale is not only a design challenge but also a technological and logistical one. We acted as consultants in the implementation process, actively supporting the implementation team and the store management until the store opened.

Wingstore's return after a long absence from the Internet has resonated with the skydiving community. The company has stepped up its marketing efforts, and the tool, an online store with advanced analytics implemented through dataLayer and GA4, is playing a key role in building its position in the market, with an emphasis on the international scene. We are proud to say that this would not have happened without us.
