Medad is a company that combines professionalism and experience in the field of rescue. It offers courses and training that prepare participants to respond effectively in emergency situations. Medad also operates a store with emergency first aid kits.
The company's growth and diversification of its offerings brought stylistic discrepancies that began to affect brand consistency. A comprehensive metamorphosis was needed to unify the company's image and introduce new, effective project work methodologies. We took on the partner role, initiating a process to analyze Medaid's needs and goals. Our goal was to develop an action plan based on a method of small steps spread over a more extended period. We put the reins in Medaid's hands, allowing them to define their priorities and choose their methods of working on projects.
The stylistic direction we proposed was quickly transformed into concrete projects. In cooperation with Medaid, we adopted an approach in which knowledge sharing and creating universal tools are key. This supports building a strong, flexible and self-sufficient brand.
Before we were delegated graphic design tasks, Medaid team members had been doing this on their own for years. We decided to take advantage of this situation, and so we were able to focus on developing flexible templates that the Medaid team could use as they saw fit.
This cooperative strategy not only increases Medaid's autonomy to respond quickly to changing market needs but also translates into time and cost savings.
It eliminates the need to constantly outsource new projects to an outside contractor while maintaining a high standard of visual communication.
